Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our California Closets Franchise in Los Altos Saturday and Sundays 9:30AM-5PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling showroom reception and administration duties, providing courteous and friendly customer service, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department, and some light clerical tasks. This is an individual contributor, non-supervisory role.
Compensation & Benefits
• $22 per hour, paid semimonthly

Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Answering phone calls and providing timely, relevant customer service
• Assist in the day-to-day operations such as filing, data entry, sorting mail, etc.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the customer database
• Distribute incoming mail and other types of correspondence
• Support other departments, as necessary
Requirements
• Ability to multi-task and handle all front office reception duties
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and/or reception positions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Able to work on-site at our Los Altos, CA franchise location
• High school diploma or equivalent
