Receptionist

Glastender, Inc., a family manufacturing business of bar and restaurant equipment, is accepting resumes for a part-time Receptionist position. The primary work hours will be Monday through Friday from 1 - 5 pm with occasional additional hours to cover the morning shift when needed. Responsibilities include:

• answering the phone and directing calls accordingly
• receiving the public and answering questions in person and by telephone
• preparing outgoing mail; sorting and distributing incoming mail
• performing routine clerical and secretarial functions, data processing, record-keeping, and material distribution

The ideal candidate would possess strong customer service and computer skills, along with two or more years of related work experience. This position will be eligible for dental & vision coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), paid time off, and bonuses.
