As a receptionist at our legal cannabis dispensary, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and previous customer service is ideal but not required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Properly check and verify the age and identification of customers in compliance with legal age requirements
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing paperwork
About You
- Minimum 18+ years of age
- Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
