ED VOYLES KIA OF CHAMBLEE is taking applications now for afull-time Receptionist to work in our beautiful dealership Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Noon-7PM, and Thursday 7:30AM-7:00PM.The ideal receptionist will be a reliable 'people person' who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional speaking voice. Previous Customer Service experience is a big PLUS!
Receptionist - Job Description:
Answer a high volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner, perform clerical duties to support the operation of daily business such as document scanning and filing. The receptionist is a vital team member representing the first impression of our dealership to customers.
Receptionist - Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Good communications skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus!
