KIA of East Hartford is HIRING NOW for a Receptionist for our Service Department to greet visitors, schedule service appointments, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, and perform cashier duties in our Service Department. Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience is a plus! Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Responsibilities – Service Department Receptionist:

• Greet and assist customers with a smile and professional demeanor
• Assist with incoming telephone calls
• Operate cash drawer and credit card system
• Enter price changes and collect payment
• Balance cash drawer/prepare daily bank deposits
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications – Service Department Receptionist:

• Dealership experience is a plus but not required!
• Previous Receptionist, Office, or Customer Service experience preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• General math skills and attention to detail
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
