Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of clerical duties. Performs receptionist duties such as screening and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing other responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Prior clerical or receptionist experience.
- Professional front-desk manner.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong clerical skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Potential for visual strain when operating computer systems.
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail up to 70 percent of the time.
