The responsibilities included in this position are to provide daily coordination of all mail and invoices, tenant maintenance calls, provide administrative assistant to Property Managers, maintain property files, track rent receipts, and provide clear communication regarding available properties
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Managers.
- Assist PM with tenant communication on repairs and property visits.
- Enter and schedule tenant work order requests
- Assist with set up new property, lease and vendor files.
- Coordinate completed building, tenant and insurance certificates.
- Assist with logging in payment information
- Order property/office supplies as needed (key boxes, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Spanish verbal and written proficiency is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to maintain client confidentiality
- Attendance and punctuality
- Business Casual Attire
Preferred Attributes:
- Friendly phone manner
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office
- Multitasking with phone calls and emails

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
