Responsibilities:
- Answer tenant phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize Building Management System (Building Engines) to create and distribute work orders.
- Review and maintain a log for certificates of insurance to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with building engineers, electricians, and porters to address tenant complaints and building issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of front-facing experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-driven with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
