Responsibilities:

• Answer tenant phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle tenant inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize Building Management System (Building Engines) to create and distribute work orders.
• Review and maintain a log for certificates of insurance to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with building engineers, electricians, and porters to address tenant complaints and building issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of front-facing experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
