Meador Staffing is partnering with a Chemical Manufacturing company in the Rosharon area on their search for their Office Administrator. This is a long-term, temporary role that offers the opportunity for temp-to-hire with a fantastic family-owned business.

Monday - Friday8:00am - 5:00pm
$15.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Answering multi-line phone system and transferring to the appropriate party
- Drafting bank deposits to be signed
- AP - processing checks and invoices to be paid
- AR - processing the orders and filing paperwork in the file room Filing, data entry, and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements of the Office Administrator:
- Software: Sage - willing to train (some experience is a plus) Accounting clerk experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Clerical or administrative experience
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Team player mentality - will often work independently on a team
