Receptionist

Our firm is looking for a full-time Receptionist who is self-motivated and energetic. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills; the ability to multi-task; answer multi-line phones; process incoming and outgoing mail; perform data entry; and have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). Additional duties will include welcoming clients, greeting them in person or via telephone, answering or directing inquiries in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner. A candidate with two (2+) plus years of administrative experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00+ per year, depending on experience level.
