**Receptionist**
**Duties:**
- Answer a high volume of calls
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule new jobs in the online data system
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide personal assistant support to administrative assistants and project managers as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Data entry experience preferred
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced enviornment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
