We are looking for an outgoing receptionist to meet and greet our customers to the dealership, answer and route incoming calls, take messages and perform additional clerical duties. The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the dealership reputation.
Responsibilities:* Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees* Answer multi-line phone system and accurately direct incoming calls to correct locations and departments in a fast paced environment* Office duties to include, printing and distributing reports, emailing invoice copies to customers
Qualifications:* Superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task* High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel* Ability to work Saturday's
