Overview:
We are seeking a BILINGUAL reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks - QUICKBOOKS knowlegde is a plus
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks knowledge
- Bilingual
- Construction experience is a plus
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
