Position Overview:

Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism. Perform various medical office duties such as assisting client's with paperwork, scheduling appointments, and various clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with staff regarding clients and service performed.
• Schedule appointments for services and obtain necessary prior authorizations.
• Properly and accurately document data related to the identification of the donor and completion of sample labels, logs, and billing sheets.
• Complete daily paperwork and enter.
• Scan and send physical results to companies.
• Assist with client chart audits and work with staff and physicians to ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Performs other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning and mailing as assigned.
• Attend required training's and maintain required credentials associated with the position.

Qualifications:

• Professionalism and calm demeanor are essential for this client-facing position.
• Medical office front desk or administrative experience
• Strong organizational skills, oral, and written communications skills
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
• Computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Teamwork and the desire to help others succeed
