Receptionist

Red Oak Psychiatry Associates is a private mental health practice in Northwest Houston. The practice includes several providers, including a psychiatrist, a psychologist, and several therapists. We service children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer phones, provide customer service, and document communications.
• Handle basic check-in/check-out of patients.
• Process medication refills.
• Send/request medical records.
• Perform general clerical duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
