Receptionist

West Michigan Cardiology in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for one receptionist to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 3210 Eagle Run Dr Ne. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and maintain schedules
• Faxing, scanning, administrative tasks
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Epic/EMR experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays
