As our Receptionist, you will have the unique opportunity toprovide an optimal first impression and experience for all visitors in ourCommunity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains telecommunications system, including screening and directing incoming calls, and taking messages.
- Greets and interacts with residents, families, staff, visitors, vendors, and state officials and direct them to appropriate individuals.
- Assist the Executive Director and other Community employees with tasks, as assigned, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
Education/Experience:
- High School graduate with 2-3 years office receptionexperience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook andQuickBooks desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
