As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in embodying our vision and providing exceptional support to our team.

Position Overview:

As a Receptionist at Reddy & Neumann, P.C., you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your duties will include greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming calls, maintaining office security, and supporting various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to the professional and organized appearance of our office space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing basic information as needed
Maintain office security by controlling access at the reception desk
Ensure the professional appearance of the office, including reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas
Handle incoming deliveries and distribute to appropriate team members
Manage mail sorting and distribution
Order and restock office supplies as needed
Assist with payments to vendors
Support HR in organizing engagement activities and meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist (preferred)

Knowledge of general office procedures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Proficiency in operating computer equipment and office machines

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Willingness to work paid overtime as needed

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
