Dental Receptionist
We are a single doctor private PPO dental office looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to greet our patients and join our team. Preferably dental experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointment in person and over the phone.
Register new patients, confirm patient appointments
Call or check online insurance for verification and patient benefits and keep information updated on follow up visits.
Have a knowledge of dental procedures and dental insurance benefits to facilitate explanation to the patients.
Good customer service skills and willing to treat patients the way they would want to be treated.
Dental software knowledge. We currently use Carestream Dental software.
Professional demeanor and good work ethics.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
We work the first and third Fridays of the month.
Major holidays paid, 1 week vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks after 5 years. PTO
Pay starting 20.00

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
