Job Summary:
Responsibilities
We're seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our team. As our Lead Receptionist you will:
  • Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
  • Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations
  • Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll
  • Assist and provide information for financial tracking reports
  • Assist and maintain accurate tracking of locker service program and inventory items
  • Assist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership audits
  • Respond to Member's concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
  • Assist with keeping the reception, retail, and lobby areas well stocked and clean
  • Create reception team schedule within budget, approve time off requests
  • Hire, train and develop reception team
  • Review information in software for accuracy
  • Assemble information for Manager for daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Transmit monthly billing
  • Organize and code invoices and receipts for Manager
  • Oversee inventory and sales for retail
  • Develop excellent communication system for reception team

The Ideal Candidate would have:
  • Minimum of a High School diploma obtained
  • Demonstrated use of excel and computer software systems
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $17.00/hour to $22.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
