SalaryAs a Reception Person, you’ll be in charge of greeting people that come into the office, managing conference room scheduling, preparing for key client visits (signage, work-space prep, etc.), and support with light administrative duties (copy/print, handle documents, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- +2 years of related work experience (reception, clerical, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with multi-lines phone system.
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Duties:
- Greet visitors/guests -validate against guest list, provide badge, parking validation as necessary.
- Coordinate catering for meetings.
- Assist with audio visual equipment for meetings.
- Clerical support (making copies, printing, scanning, etc.).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
