Job description- Reception Clerk
Our company is looking for a professional, organized, and efficient Reception Clerk with a quick learning curve. Individual must be a detail-oriented critical thinker who is able to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
· Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience (preferred in construction industry)
· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or better), Outlook, and Word
· Ability to create and maintain organizational systems.
· Light Accounts Payable work
· Answer phones, route calls, and take messages.
· Email correspondence, file documents, and operate basic office machines.
· Ability to multi-task in high volume work environment
· Ability to take initiative to learn new tasks and take direction willingly.
· Positive and professional attitude
· Independent thinker, organized, and responsible.
Qualifications
· Minimum High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience/ Construction Experience preferred but willing to train.
· Strong MS Office Skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to prioritize and adjust schedules as necessary.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Software knowledge preferred (Word, Excel, Timberline Gold)
