Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain grills, cooking equipment, and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in retail math for accurate portioning and costing
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and upsell customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and adjustments
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Culinary background or training is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices
