Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Recepcionista / Auxiliar Administrativo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying - Manage office supplies and inventory - Provide administrative support to the team as needed Skills: - Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns - Proficient in computerized systems and software applications (MS Office Suite) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Join our team as a Recepcionista / Auxiliar Administrativo and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
