As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we're looking for an experienced RECEIVING SUPERVISOR - FIRST SHIFT who will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards based on the Company policies and procedures.
• Supervisor the team on the Receiving end of the plant. Train, coach and manage all team members in all work instructions, policies and procedures of the company.
• Evaluate employee performance and behavior with the goal of elevating performance and morale through best practices.
• Coordinate the successful labor allocation and the operation of plant equipment and systems to meet customer expectations in the quality and delivery of product.
• Material Planning responsibilities.
• Cooperate with all supporting departments.
• Keep proper documentation and records
• Take corrective action with non-conforming processes, materials or behaviors.
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Participate in in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives company's Continuous Improvement Process and Policies
• This position requires the ability to work either first or second shift as needed with additional daily and Saturday work as required by the customer.
