LOCATION: This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Plant.
Mission: Provide support to warehouse and procurement personnel in all functions related to the receipt, verification and recording of raw materials and products delivered to the bakery. Take personal pride in ensuring that all incoming loads are properly checked in, verified and inspected for quality adherence.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Examine incoming shipments; verify accuracy of packing slips and bills of lading and ensure quantities received are as stated.
- Check-in and direct truck drivers to appropriate receiving doors; verify driver identification and collect paperwork in preparation for offloading.
- Provide support to procurement team; communicating inventory discrepancies, late deliveries and damages.
- Assist in cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to assure proper availability of required stock.
- Assist in completing bulk end of month activities.
- Assist with the unloading of LTL deliveries.
- Schedule inbound deliveries and update dock schedule
- Keep well maintained, legible documents and complete data entry tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the warehouse office area is clean, secure, and well organized.
- Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed at all times.
- Cross-train and cover other duties as needed in the supply chain group in Twin Falls.

- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in an ERP system, preferably JD Edwards, in inventory and warehouse processes.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.
- Forklift experience required.
