Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years related experience
• Forklift, pallet jack experience
• Successfully pass criminal background check & drug screen
• Valid WA D.L.
• Effective communication, verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet browsing
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence

This is an onsite position and does not support remote work

Summary of duties

The Receiving Clerk ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the receiving department. Responsible for coordinating material handling, shipping, and storage. Cleans and organize warehouse.

• Receive product from vendors
• Verify vendor packing slip against physical order
• Verify information on the vendor packing slip against the purchase order
• Receive purchase orders in the system
• Inform PO writer and project manager via email when product arrives
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Keep inventory of consumables up to date and supplied through purchasing agent
• Act as delivery person when needed
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
