Position Summary
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, and adding shipments to ERP system for inventory tracking.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties):
• Validate all incoming shipment paperwork.
• Verify and accept vendor, stock, and transfer deliveries.
• Perform manual counts of parts, as needed.
• Operate a weight scale.
• Repackage parts, as needed.
• Create labels and shipping documents.
• Enter data into an ERP inventory management system.
• Scan and store inventory and receiving documents.
• Daily operation of a liquid propane forklift.
• Use of a forklift to move and stage palletized and unpalletized loads
• Assist and support other departments such as Shipping and Inventory teams, as needed.

Education / Experience: (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ Years of Experience in Shipping/Receiving
- 2+ Years of Experience in Liquid Propane Forklift Operation
Technical Skills
Proficient use of a computer, required. Familiarity with ERP system, preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
Forklift certification, required.
Physical Requirements
- Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
- Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.
