This position is located within the Division of Facilities Operations (DFO), Office of Environmental
Health and Engineering (OEHE), The incumbent in this position is responsible for the management and
oversight to four major areas of real property management: 1) real property acquisition including leases: 2) asset management and accountability; 3) quarters (housing) management program: and 4) real property utilization and disposal.

In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Examples of qualifying specialized experience must include, but is not limited to:
1. Experience serving as a technical advisor in the management of real estate requirements for realty projects including coordinating negotiation, budgeting, leasing, property transfer alterations, acquisition and disposal, and project management with property owners, Federal agencies, state, local governments, banks and/or insurance companies, AND,
2. Experience reviewing and preparing Federal realty actions and legal documents involving real property acquisition, management and disposal; and other pertinent realty actions that comply with Federal, Departmental, and Agency regulations, policies and procedures.
Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).
