Statement of Work:
1.4.11 Real Property Management (RPM) Support Services: The Contractor shall coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain RPM governance and programmatic documents (e.g. AFIs, RP records reconciliation with Federal agencies and other services and Go-Forward Program processes), action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plan(s) under AF/A4C program management oversight.
Task Description:
The Real Property Accountability/Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) position will support the Assessable Unit lead for real property in tracking and overseeing the organization s response to the real property audit, specifically as it relates to Real Property accountability, audit readiness/remediation, financial reporting programs, management, acquisition, disposal, and database analysis. Analyze and make recommendations on real property data, processes, and controls; develop corrective action plans; and track overall real property audit progress.

Required skills/Level of Experience :
- Active DoD Security Clearance (required)
- 2+ years of DoD real property experience
- Ability to organize and lead meetings independently
- Experience building partnerships across teams or organizations
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships
- Microsoft Excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
