ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Real Property Analyst to support Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Real Property Analyst, you will serve as a key contributor to help our client accurately inventory federal assets, review relevant audit key supporting documentation, and provide recommendations to State personnel. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous Real Property and audit readiness experience and expertise. Our core value of Team Work is key as you will travel and work as a Team to inventory, document, and report recommendations to senior personnel while maintaining demanding deadlines.
LOCATION
Arlington, VA / Remote.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management, or
- Bachelor’s Degree with a professional certification of one of the following: Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM); Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 6 years of experience with federal financial management
- 3 years of federal accounting experience
- Ability to travel up to 60% or more
- Active Secret Clearance
