Real Estate/Corporate Attorney: Community Association Attorneys is looking to add an experienced, dynamic corporate or real estate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate has five to eight years of corporate or real estate law and/or litigation related experience and must be licensed to practice law in Georgia. This position offers the opportunity to represent condominium and homeowner associations in a wide range of general corporate matters.
The community association practice, much like a county or town counsel, includes advising boards of directors on every-day corporate issues; drafting governing documents and corporate document amendments; covenant enforcement; Fair Housing Act issues; contract review, negotiation, and enforcement; nonprofit advice; parliamentary procedure; assessment collection; insurance defense litigation; intra-corporate and election disputes; and general real estate counsel and litigation.
