Salary- Participate in training programs to understand Real Estate principles and industry practices on eXp University.
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing reports on market conditions.
- eXp Mentor Program for new agents, you first 3 transactions. Your mentor is an experienced agent, you will learn client interactions, property showings, and negotiations.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting contracts and coordinating property-related tasks.
- Assist in marketing strategies and the creation of promotional materials.
- Attend eXp virtual training and networking functions to build professional relationships.
- Stay informed about changes in the Real Estate market and industry best practices.

Pay: $41,159.39 - $68,975.00 per year
