The #1 team at Douglas Elliman is seeking a focused, hard-working, dedicated, detail-oriented, committed, and licensed professional to assist in showing our listings, qualifying prospective buyers, and supporting our team.
This is a fun and dynamic position where you will see new spaces and meet interesting people daily. Confidentiality and being discrete are critical components.
The ideal candidate will operate in real-time when it comes to being responsive and have two years of administrative and/or sales experience. Must have strong knowledge of Manhattan including public transportation and NYC Real Estate.
You will be assisting in marketing including data analysis which will require strong Microsoft Excel skills. Must be organized, able to multi-task and be able to manage your time and calendar as well as work well with the team. This is a full-time position and you will need to be available on Sunday.
Do not apply if you currently do not have your NYS Real Estate License. Prior NYC Real Estate experience required.
Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000 based on experience
