Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
- Digital and regular open houses
- Lead generation

- Sales scripts mastery
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
