Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support for assigned staff under moderate supervision.
- Assist with tenant and vendor customer service.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including phone support, drafting and distributing correspondence, expense reporting, calendar management, meeting coordination, filing, and copying.
- Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile maintenance lists and monitor work status.
- Prepare internal lease administration documents, such as lease abstracts, as directed.
- Assist in lease administration activities, including lease setup, changes, and reporting.
- Code invoices for payment, input into the accounting system, and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenants where permitted by state regulations.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate simple figures.
- Basic analytical skills; ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Familiarity with Angus anywhere work order program, Yardi, or MRI is a nice-to-have.
- Previous front-facing Real Estate administrative experience is a nice-to-have.
- Microsoft Office Experience.
