Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Prospect and generate leads through various channels to build a strong client pipeline. • Guide buyers and sellers through the entire Real Estate process, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with the team and clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Utilize innovative technology systems and tools to enhance your productivity and sell more homes. • Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your Real Estate skills and business acumen. • Represent The Rachel Kendall Team and maintain a strong presence in the local community. Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local Real Estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A valid Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one (if you're new to the field, we provide hands-on mentorship and training to help you succeed). • A passion for Real Estate and a desire to help clients achieve their home ownership goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic, magnetic personality with a strong desire to build relationships. • Ability to work collaboratively with a tight-knit team of like-minded professionals. • Hunger for growth and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly
