Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with leads for increased sales.
- Nurture client relationships to generate more sales.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then show relevant properties.
- Organize open houses to promote agency listings.
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction.
- Attract prospective clients to drive new business.
- Possess local knowledge of the community, market conditions, and property details.
Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:
- Preferred past sales experience.
- Tech-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- Show good organizational and time management skills.
- A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
