Real EstateRelated Title resolution company seeks to fill a key position as a Title Processor / Customer Service / General Office in a small, generally quiet office in Jefferson where accuracy, organizational skills, focus, teamwork, computer skills and professional Customer Service are all critical to the success of our small business. Real Estate sales, lending, Real Estate paralegal experience a big plus.

· Customer Service skills and ability to use diplomacy with customers and government-office employees
· Proficient with computers and how to handle common errors or issues: Word, Adobe, Basic use of Excel, Printer, Scanner, VOIP phone system for most communications with headset. Email communications. (Mac computer skills a plus as there’s a Mac at this work station, but not necessary if generally able to navigate computers with ease.)
Duties:
· Answering phones; Customer Service follow-up, status checks and guidance.
· Preparing complex title application packages for the DMV with careful attention to detail following DMV guidelines and in-office instructions.
· Preparing complex title application packages for Field Rep Assignments with customers requiring careful planning.
· Follow up on all UPS deliveries to and from customers and offices and notate
· Follow up on all processing statuses at government offices and notate
· Tracking file expenses and tallying
· Check PO Box and deliver UPS Packages to drop box/store
· Monitor office supplies; help keep office tidy.
