Summary

As part of the Exhibit Solutions Specialty Team, the Client Success Executive plays an important role in providing excellent customer service to Freeman exhibiting customers. This position works with Exhibitors attending Freeman events, who need assistance with show services over and above what is offered in the show kit.

This position will support our Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides timely responses to inbound customer inquiries
  • Provides a high level of customer service and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Effectively answers questions, quotes specialty services and enters orders on behalf of customer
  • Effectively manages a high volume of projects
  • Work closely with exhibiting clients to help and guide them through Freeman products and services.
  • Work closely with our Client Solutions Sales team to offer structural and graphic upgrades on show organizer offerings.
  • Works closely with delivery and logistics teams to ensure proper planning and execution.
  • Effectively manages the proposal and pricing process including timelines, calls and creation of budgets and SOWs.
  • Ascertain exhibitor requirements, along with necessary follow up activities to complete sale.
  • Manage payments and billing terms in compliance with Freeman policies and procedures.
  • Follow-up and resolve customer complaints and collections when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • College Degree or two (2) + years of professional experience, preferably in the Trade Show industry.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Must be willing to consistently cold call and solicit new business.
  • Proven knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated professional presentation skills.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of organization and ability to manage complexity.
