Job Description:

Storydoor Real Estate Investment is seeking a talented and dynamic Real Estate Photographer to join our team on a unique pay-per-transaction basis. As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in visually presenting our properties to potential buyers and investors. Your eye-catching photographs will be instrumental in showcasing the best features of our properties, thus aiding in quick and efficient sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various Real Estate properties scheduled for photography.
• Capture high-quality, appealing images of interior and exterior spaces, highlighting key features and the uniqueness of each property.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to understand specific photographic needs for each property.
• Ensure timely delivery of digital photographs post-shoot, adhering to set deadlines.
• Edit and touch up photos to enhance overall quality and appeal.
• Maintain a consistent style and high standard of work as per Storydoor’s guidelines.
• Work under tight schedules and manage multiple shoots concurrently.
• Stay updated with the latest photography trends and techniques relevant to Real Estate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a portfolio that includes Real Estate or architectural photography.
• Owns professional-grade photography equipment.
• Strong understanding of photo editing software.
• Ability to work flexibly and travel to various locations.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and an artistic eye for capturing spaces.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

This is a contract position with a pay-per-transaction compensation model. You will receive $200 for every property transaction closed where your photos have been utilized. This role is ideal for photographers looking for flexible work schedules and opportunities to work on diverse Real Estate projects.
