Responsibilities
- Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
- Help Develop training materials for new Real Estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards
- Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
- Help Real Estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
Qualifications
- South Carolina Broker License
- Possibility of Georgia Broker License for S.C. Reciprocity
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful Real Estate team
- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed Real Estate agent
- Superb customer service and communication skills
3 Degrees Realty is comprised of a team of local Real Estate professionals committed to selling properties in Florida & Ohio soon to be in South Carolina.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
