Real Estate Manager & Asset Management

Tesla is seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager-Infrastructure Portfolio with well-rounded expertise to spearhead the continued growth of the company's Real Estate portfolio in North America. Responsible for managing headquarters, satellite offices, factories, and other support-related Real Estate, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure the existing portfolio and new parking deals are brought to execution with efficiency with mindfulness in cost savings. Also having a focus in external relationship building and leading a team of Real Estate analysts through their own specific markets within North America.

This role will work closely with project managers, design managers, logistics teams, field teams, accounting and finance teams to achieve timeline and budget goals for the development of infrastructure pipeline and partner projects. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and willing to travel up to 40%. Exceptional ability to work independently and creatively with a can-do attitude as part of a team is crucial as well as being trusted people leader.

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area of study (Business, RealEstate, Economics, Finance), or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of transactional real estate experienceacross multiple real estate product types, experience with leading a team
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and site-specific conditionidentification abilities
• Understanding of real estate principles, concepts, and legalterms specific to real estate
• Ability to create and interpret Pro forma, Cash FlowAnalysis, and Basic deal tracking structures
• Exceptional ability to gather, analyze, and presentdemographic and financial data in executive-level reports, forward thinking andstrategy focused to ensure on going processes are always being tweaked to bethe most efficient they can be
• Real Estate License in the state of residence required, mustbe able to obtain license within 6 months of job start date
