We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. $23 - $27 hourly
Responsibilities:- Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
- Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
- Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
- Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the Real Estate broker for file compliance
- Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
- Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
- Previous Real Estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives on providing excellent customer service
- Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
- Has Real Estate license or is willing to pursue one
