We are looking for someone who is open to a flexible schedule to help with daily/weekly tasks of managing our actual listings.
Can earn up to $3000 per listing, ($1500 per listing) and bonus opportunities to double your money.
Our ideal applicant is responsive to phone calls, texts or emails.
Can help set up appts and assist with opening doors, showing properties, hosting open houses and managing escrow inspections!

Responsibilities
• Managing showing requests/schedule.
• Receive phone, text, and email inquiries to set up showings for the Listing Agent
• Schedule showings with the Seller and notify Listing Agent of showing times and contacts
• Manage feedback from Seller and notify Listing Agent (who may need to contact Seller directly)
• Fill the brochure box for listing, making sure to check the brochure box every two days and always have hand-updated cards, and listing sheets.
• Send feedback to Listing Agent on all showings. This should come in the form of a DAILY email overview of any activity on the listing. If you have multiple listings at one time, you can list them in one email. Include the name and contact info of the agent and buyer. P
• Assist or Manage Tuesday 11-2PM and Sunday 2-5PM open houses.
• Manage & Setup inspections schedule
• Set up retrofitting inspections and be present for appraisal show.
• Assist with managing the seller's repair schedule prior to closing.
• Be available to let Buyer side clients and agents into a property when needed
• Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all Real Estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent
Qualifications
• Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
• Must possess a Real Estate license
• At least one year of Real Estate sales experience
