$25 per hour
Responsibilities:- Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
- Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
- Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
- Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
- Managing our listing process from start to finish
- Attending and coordinating inspections
- Acquiring quotes from vendors and managing vendor relationships
- Running various administrative errands as needed
- Facilitating communication with clients, the sales team, and fellow administrative staff
- Preparing homes for professional photography sessions
- Tracking sales activity in our database with precision
- Occasionally working after-hours for Twilight and Matterport photoshoots
- Experience in Real Estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
- Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Has Real Estate license or is willing to pursue one
- Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills: As a listing assistant, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, so strong organizational skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills: Effective communication with clients, buyers, and other Real Estate professionals is crucial to the success of the business
- Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is important in ensuring that all paperwork, contracts, and listings are accurate and complete
- Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service can be helpful in managing client expectations and providing a positive experience for all parties involved in a transaction
- Ability to work independently: A listing assistant often works independently to manage tasks and deadlines, so the ability to work autonomously is important
- Flexibility: Real estate transactions can be unpredictable, so being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances is important
- A positive attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude can help create a positive and productive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the business
