Compensation:$129,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the preparation of Real Estate Listings for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Conduct property inspections and assessments to accurately determine market value and potential sales price.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve successful transactions.
- Stay updated on Real Estate market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
- Valid Real Estate license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in Real Estate Listing.
- US work authorization.
