Real Estate Listing & Admin Coordinator For The Altman Brothers Team

The Altman Brothers, a Top Producing Residential Real Estate Team, is seeking an In House, Full Time Listing Coordinator who is organized, and motivated to join our Real Estate sales team. Serving as the point person for all listings, the Listing Coordinator oversees the full spectrum of the listing division. The Listing Coordinator is responsible for preparing listing information, procuring signatures for listing agreements and overseeing listings on MLS.

A successful candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. The Listing Coordinator must be great at following organizational systems, outstanding at keeping track of many deadlines and making sure we deliver while providing our clients with an outstanding experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with Photography and Staging
• Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research.
• Post new listings to the MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
• Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
• Arrange all public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Real Estate position
• Experience with the MLS, Car Forms, Docusign, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Posses strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented personality
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Real Estate experience and Real Estate license preferred but not required
