The Legal Asset Management, Non-Traditional, New Concepts (LANN) Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support to the LANN team, such as scanning and distributing documents, distributing mail, coordinating the execution and notarization of legal documents, creating/preparing reports and entering and maintaining the database. This position also helps LANN team improve its administrative processes and reduce administrative costs.
You'll get a chance to:
- Log and scan into DocuWare and then distributes documents received via FedEx, certified mail, USPS, and priority mail.
- Edit, order, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Scan files, fill out shipping labels, and send out fully-executed Real Estate Legal documents on a timely basis.
- Review, prepare, and coordinate execution of Real Estate Legal documents on a timely manner
- Set up new license, non-traditional, and new concept stores on the lease database (AMT) and uploads documents to AMT.
- Prepare lease term sheets for renewal in a timely and accurate manner and updates various databases in accordance with the renewals.
- Provide support on data entry to various databases as requested by the Legal Asset Management, Non-Traditional, and New Concept (LANN) team members.
- Help LANN team improve its administrative processes and reduce administrative costs.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative work as requested.

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum one year of work experience
- Preparing for paralegal certification preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
