We're looking for an Inside Sales Client Care Rep. This team member will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources – prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our CRM system. Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling appointments with qualified leads for Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

This person is results-oriented and has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $70,000+ potential earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Outbound cold calling and qualifying potential customers that result in appointments for Listing and/or Buyer Agents
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries
  • Become an expert on the evolving Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire Real Estate market – accurately present The Blood Team's unique value proposition to prospective clients; deftly handle and overcome objections
  • Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management

Qualifications:

  • High sense of urgency
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to spend 80 to 90% of the workday on the phone and to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Excellent use of written and verbal vocabulary
  • Passion for selling
  • Coachable
  • Goal-oriented
  • Self-driven
  • Google Suite, MS Office, MOJO Dialer, CRM system, and other technology experience
  • Holds or actively working to obtain active status Real Estate licenses in MA and NH
